Hi,

My name is Bobby and I live in Malden, MA. I have a full time job downtown that I have been lucky to have for a long time! Yaay..

I have been renting and have never owned a home.

I was thinking of a multi-family, owner occupier to start. I am hoping to find something that would generate cashflow for the long term. Maybe a two+ family?.. Rent one+ unit(s) and have a room mate or two to keep costs down in my unit.

Anyhow, wanted to say 'Hi'. I would love to network with like minded people in the metro Boston Area.
