Also check with your Bldg Inspector etc because any replacement of a tank or leech field may require you to adhere to more stringent code enforcement & that can get very expensive.

Hi everyone,I have not seen too much conversation about Hawaii and STR here lately but I thought I would share this anyways:https://www.hawaiipublicradio....Airbnb will remove any short-term rentals on Kauaʻi from its platform if hosts are not operating within the parameters set by county.Airbnb will start asking for parcel tax IDs to verify with the county to ensure rentals are in the correct locations.I've been living on Oahu for the past few years and it seems like they're continuing to step up regulation and enforcement of STRs throughout the islands.

My guess is that you need to wait until they enforce their rules (as in you keep doing what you were and make them come to you), and then you sue for whatever cause the lawyer advises.I know several municipalities near me that were successfully sued for varying instances like this.
