The biggest considerations when I added 6 bathrooms in there:-Check if the electrical is up to snuff and will distribute to current code across many residential units, as opposed to when it was used as a factory under limited circumstances.

Talking about concrete in the pipe lines, ripped out electrical, holes in the roofs, destroyed foundation, destroyed walls, flooding the house with water, ripping out and selling all the cabinets, and selling the appliances.

BUT I also have the real estate bug and within the next couple of months am hoping to possibly flip properties for the next year until I have enough capital saved up to purchase and hold investments for rental properties wherever i end up moving (my final goal).
