Keep in mind you can also tweak some of the coverage amounts they send you, and you can sometimes get discounts for certain things like weather resistant windows, security features, fire alarm, etc. 

Of course they have no issue with selling the liens and collecting money from investors, they also have no issues with charging a premium that is non refundable and the county keeping the money.  

Because they had a closing deadline, they agreed to an easement where we keep the fence in place as long as we maintain it.  

I would have actually keep the property and corporate leased or air bnb each unit.

I like the idea of renting if you can keep it low cost.

How do I keep control of the out of state properties?

Sales seem to be keeping up with Listings with no major changes compared to 2023.

Condotels usually keep a hefty percentage such as 20 or 25% of the rental revenue......But there are a handful of these that DO allow you take yours our of their rental pool and self-rent. 

Personally, I know a LOT of people are expecting cuts to start happening in June but with the spring market being hot here in Winnipeg and with the recent carbon tax increase I could see inflation staying high forcing the BOC to keep the prime rate where it is.
