You have to be a dealer (and licensed to originate loans) or a park that got licensed (few have).I dropped the whole idea of Lonnie deals and moved to double wides on their own land.

Any tactic is to work with a MH dealer who will setup homes in the park and then sell the homes then you can start collecting lot rent.Try running some test ads in the local papers and craigslist for the spots and see what kind of response you get.
