Taking a tip from Brandon Turner’s book, we are hoping to meet with any landlords or investors in the area, and learn what we can and we are more than willing to help with any projects that may need to get done - painting, wood working, etc!

Investors will come out of the woodwork if you have an actual good deal. 

We were hoping for more. but can maybe use that equity to get another airbnb and remodel it, hubs does all the woodworking.

Hired many contractors throughout this project fired most of them and I ended up doing a lot of the work myself but in that I found my passion in woodworking (I'm an artist and truly enjoy creating cool interiors).   

Realtors, investors, family etc may come out of the woodworks asking you to sell your homes.

According to CNBC.....Rising home prices are bringing more house flippers out of the woodwork, and that may be a sign of an overheating housing market.

That is the key to success in the beginning.Investors will come out of the wood work to get involved with someone who knows how to find undervalued property investments...

Here are costs for a few of the items that were bigger tickets:Granite: $3,100Windows: $5,700HVAC: $3,200Floor refinishing (original wood): $2,400Appliances: $3,500Cabinets: $3,000 (excluding custom woodwork). 

So we have a mammoth UPS that provides backup power for the whole house for those two hours, which can happen at any time.And the carpenter had some religious function in his village and left mid-way so there's some interesting woodwork in various places.

Then there was the other group telling me to go ahead and get a deal under contract “and the buyers would come out of the woodworks.”
