flipping formula

I am curious to anyone who went to the flipping formula 3 days seminar. They promise lending for 500k with 2% financing on wholesale flips. Has anybody actually used there financing or have any experience with it. I have no other way to get financing so this is very appealing. I am young, I don't want to be taken advantage of! Thanks.
