Hello, I just inherited 3 houses and property, none have mortgages. I live in one. I want to maximize this by investing in real estate without selling. Looking for insight and advice. I have no experience in real estate.

Thank you.

@Nero Leblanc

The first thing you need to do is get educated by reading books, listening to podcasts, and meeting other investors who are not trying to sell you something.

Books:

Rich Dad Poor Dad

ABC's of Real Estate

Tax Free Wealth

Brandon Turner's Books - rental property investing, low and no money down

Get Rich Education

Get educated first.  But eventually, you will probably want to mortgage your properties either with a conventional, fixed rate 30 year loan, or with a nice, big line of credit.  Then you can use the cash from those loans to invest in rental properties.

Let me reiterate yet again - get educated FIRST.
