Could I hire someone just the shovel the walk way to and from the house along with the sidewalk? 

Look at the condition of the roof, gutters, downspouts, exterior of the house, walls and walk ways. 

New Windows, Furnaces, Concrete Walkways, Flooring, Electrical.

The inspectors from the pest control company did not discover this infestation under the bricks on the walkway to one of the units.  

Lots of new construction, additional shopping , as well as an underground walk way under 98 near Inlet Beach, so people staying north of 98 won't have to worry about crossing that busy highway.

But this can be my out, correct  -  so I can walk way if I need to or want to?

When I did return to the property, the fellow was standing in the freshly shovelled walkway with a big smile ... he had never shovelled snow before (hadn't seen it until he changed planes in MTL), saw what the neighbours were doing, and thought he might clear the walk while he waited.
