Termite Inspector Missed This (See Video)

So I just purchased my first property last month.  Obviously in escrow we had a termite inspection.  The inspectors from the pest control company did not discover this infestation under the bricks on the walkway to one of the units.  They should have caught this, right?

I just called the pest control company that did the inspection and sent them this video and am waiting for them to get back to me to schedule something.  Do I have any recourse against them (I assume they absolve themselves of much liability with their legalese)?  Any general advice on what to do now?

@Logan Allec Their liability is likely limited to the cost of the inspection. So you might be able to recoup fifty bucks if you are lucky.

This is actually why it is important for investors to really learn about properties...not just the financial metrics of running them, but all the functional stuff too.  99% of home inspectors are just not good.  I really only know of 1 inspector in my area I trust.
