I was stunned.

Looking for a good property manager for a single family home in Atlanta near the Ga Dome.

Not that your getting ripped off, but there is something about seeing the issue in front of you that makes figuring out the solution a lot easier/better.With all that said I am working with a new contractor who so far has done good work, his pricing was where he needed to be (and continues to be with the little adds I keep throwing his way) and I know him through some good friends, so I trust him to not ever do me wrong.

However, I'm stunned at how many buildings are exclusively owner occupied.

I was burnt on the purchase of an absolutely stunning condo in New Orleans...only to find out the 'Association President' was in with the PM ripping off hundreds of thousands...

But based on what I see in Bloomfield, I'd be stunned if you ever found a single-family that met the famed 2% rule.

If I could find  a PM I could trust, that would do me 8 percent gross, and no fee for renewals, and 1/2 month rent for lease ups, with no up charges, except for eviction.

I truly don't know the answer, but I would be stunned if the answer were "yes."
