I always say to go follow different people that offer STR masterminds/courses on social media, and whichever one clicks for you and has similar goals consider joining the group.

They are advertising quite a bit on social media.

but then we run into the "Socialism" idealists who think if we do anything that is Government related to address health care, then they, the Government is taking control of our country??

Of course, if the reporting tenant is overly sensitive or has unrealistic expectations of social interaction, then the credibility of the report may be low. 

I am sure there social media groups as well. 

Also, working with a realtor with good social media exposure can be additional free marketing for your property.
