How do you handle tenant complaints against neighbors?
One my tenant is complaining about another tenant bullying them. Some examples are they are driving too fast. He is setting up cameras, telling them what to do.. etc...
how do you usually handle disputes like this with tenants?

Stay out of personal drama. If they have documented harassment or threats of violence, then you should instruct them to report it to the police and consider removing the offender.
