Oregon State is one of the few mainland colleges that actively recruits year in and year out on Oahu at least.

I was bombarded by email from many of them trying to recruit me.  

My company's CEO also moderated a talk on recruiting new homeowners with Dave Angotti from SmokyMountains.com, Steve Presley from iTrip, and Rodney Archer from Vacations on the Water, and they spoke a lot on the importance of establishing strong relationships with local relators, offering fixed rent contracts, using owner referral programs, etc.

I do have a competitive advantage in the fact that I was a Marine Recruiter for 3 years in one of the richest counties in the United States (Westchester, NY) selling one of the hardest things to "sell" to upper class families that have everything they could need in life.

I am technically a W2 employee of a recruiting agency.I'm beginning to explore what I can to do pick up another  property and secure a loan (preferably from a traditional lender).  

On another note, is there any other investor/mentors out there that could give me some tips on how to recruit investors interested in the flipping business.
