There are over 300k people in the greater Amarillo area so a cool event space like this could be very successful.

If times get financially difficult will people stop eating or will they stop going to the doctor (unless its an emergency)?

These homes are what most people picture as “home” and lend themselves well to coliving strategies.

I mean one family on one home i bought basically stripped down to the studs .. everything was gone by the time I got them out. 

There are also many new construction townhomes all over Houston, so if/when you go to re-sale, most people can buy new for just a bit more (if not the same) than buy your used townhome.

When we were selling, people loved the "aged" look, and it was a big selling point for that house.

You can try reaching out to a bunch of them but you most likely will get lackluster response if you don't show some basic level of commitment on your end. 

Markets shift, strategies evolve, and the best opportunities often come from conversations with the right people.

For example over the last four to five years a lot of people went out and bought STRs thinking it was going to be a great investment only to find out that the numbers did not work a year later and needed to try to use it as a LTR to make ends meet.
