I have set my eyes on starting my career in Los Angeles, but I haven't fully committed for fear that the potential of a newbie getting washed out in a market as big and as fast-paced as LA.

I did not want to be a nag, and I was busy with a non-real estate project that had to be ready in February.

The sellers fear is if the home were to have severe damage and the insurance would cover the damage and replace roof and kitchen then they would be locked into a undesirable contract and now the home is worth more.

I'll call it like it is, there are some racial fears that come into play too.

I might also like that there are a lot of people around who fear God is watching or I'd probably prefer the woods but I got a cheap house in a better area that I can afford.  

After years of being in the buy and hold side of real estate investing, I finally was a genuine 'Wholesaler"It happened after years of reading about it, watching the video's  and then going back to read again with the same question, reflecting my fear and confusion of "what is it again to be a 'wholesaler?"

(I know a lot of landlords fear retirees because they think they sit home all day and use the utilities and add to wear and tear.)I am sure retirees have a lower spending limit- so maybe you can play with it a bit- I didn't want to take a chance.

They wanted advise on how to deal with the PM Co as they understandably feared for their personal safety and wanted to move to another part of town.

My fear from that area is that the tenant will be delinquent with their rent and could become potential squatters.
