I got to the "final interview" where you are pitched a course.

We have a few partners that we had dinner with December last year and have not had anything that is a good fit for them just yet-- we are actually interviewing other appropriate GPs to partner with before approaching them, especially seeing as the deals of this scale are quite large (MF).

No referrals, but can tell you to interview multiple PMCs and do so BETTER than you would screen a tenant!

I did interview ~30 companies during the closing process, and funny enough, ended up going with the very first one I talked to.

I’ve interviewed and or worked with at least 50 lenders in the past 18 months and I only recommend 2 out of the pool.

This is a two-way interview, so have a short list of questions to ask the mentor (What books do you recommend I read to gain a better understanding?
