That's frustrating, and if you tell the agent "hey why don't we wait two weeks for that to close, so we can close two weeks late but be more certain of no appraisal issues" they will start getting prickley about their paycheck being delayed a few weeks.

those are fabulous terms if you can actually get it done... lenders are very very particular on these loans and most folks get pretty frustrated with them.. its not like conventional were If you qualify they do the deal...

Ticor, Fidelity Fatcoetc etc. its only on the East side were you have all these little mom and pop closers were you really need to watch out. or the off shore companies that have taken the business to India.. these are frustration as well
