Buying From a Wholesaler: How Important is the Title Company

My question is pretty straight forward - how much due diligence should I do when analyzing the title company of a wholesaler I'm buying from?

Basically, the wholesaler is requiring me to go through THEIR title company, so I wanted to make sure I get the property with clean title.  Is that an issue that could occur with a wholesalers title company?  Or is it a non-issue that I shouldn't be concerned about?  If it is an issue, what should I do to analyze the title company to make sure I get clean title?

Thanks!

Khaled

@Khaled Helmi - find out who their title company is, find reviews on them. Also make sure you get title insurance. If you are concerned you can pay to have your own title search done as well. Typically wholesalers like their title company as they can control when the closing is and make sure everything is done properly related to wholesale fees etc. If it's a reputable wholesaler they typically would not use a shady title company
