Not big into social media due to it being a distraction, but it'll have to change to get more networking.  

I am not sure about ethically. some of the workers mentioned the tenant was talkative and distracting the workers and dragged out the job longer than it needed to be. 

They are obvious distractions, but much of my family & friends talks about how much they LOVE  Game of Thrones, movies, blah blah blah.  

If you can make some kind of connection with the seller, whether over sports or a current event, you may be the welcome relief he or she needed to distract from the circumstances of the pending sale.Be RealisticHomeowners need a very clear understanding of what to expect next.

If you get easily distracted you may be better off attending class.

The one with cash may have horrible credit or a checkered past that they are trying to distract you from with the promise of cash in hand.

Oftentimes, this is someone who wants to distract you by waving a pile of money under your nose so you don't do your due diligence on them. 

I just wish I had kept buying in Berwyn instead of getting distracted a few years ago...

Also from what you wrote, I'm seeing room for improvement in your English skills as well as your ability to 'frame' a decision - both of which more education I believe will help you.I see this little 'opportunity' as a potential distraction from the education part, at your age.
