Chicago to Central Illinois

Posted

Just moved to Normal, IL from Chicago and I see so much potential in growth all around the surrounding cities/towns. I've been reading, listening to podcasts, attending seminars, and doing a bunch of homework when I can. Spreadsheets, quotes, and info on many of the properties that I'm interested in, yet still learning the Ins and Outs of the financing I work all over central and southern Illinois installing elevators. I love what I do, but don't plan on doing this forever. I'm going to be investing in my first property by the end of 2019 or sooner. Striving to build a team to help each other prosper and have more time on our hands.

Always available on Sundays or after 7pm to exchange ideas and talk about real estate.
