What’s better online or actually going to classes?
Hey, so I’m new to all this honestly and have zero hand on experience with real estate. I want to become an investor but have no money, and I want to get into becoming an agent to sell in the mean time and get a better learning experience with real estate hands on. But I don’t know where to start or what to do, should I take the online course or go to an actual class?

I did mine online and it was fine.
But since then, I have gone to CE classes in the classroom and found that it was much better. I enjoyed the networking and the class discussions. I have gotten a lot out of the classes that were not in the books. Great tips and people sharing real world experiences.
Although, I was working a full time job when I got my license so it would have been difficult going to class.
If you have the availability, I would recommend in classroom. Good luck!
