This morning the market is essentially flat as people digested the news.

I think the first thing would be to identify specific goals (Annual goals over the next 3-5 years and also possibly quarterly goals to break it down to one more step...may be easier to digest).Then look at your overall current financial situation.

Here is the issue. ( I am a master carpenter and was once interviewed by Architectural Digest for one of my jobs) There is so much that goes on between the slab, framing and  drywall that it almost never is a 45 degree angle.
