Greetings BP Community!

My name is Chris, I am 30 years old and have been a full time entrepreneur for the past 3 years. My main business is internet/e-commerce and I have been involved heavily in technology and internet since a very young age which has helped me tremendously.

Now as I explore other passive investment opportunities, mainly real estate - I am entering foreign territory. My original plan was to purchase one or two rental properties, either SFHs or MFHs, but after reading up on wholesaling last night, this area has my interest peaked!

I know RE is the area I want to be in for my next passive income stream - right now my plan is to digest as much information as possible over the course of a week or two then take immediate calculated action to get my feet wet!
