I'm with the bunch here in that it would seem unrealistic to spend so much and it's hard to diagnose without pics or a better understanding.

Unfortunately he was recently diagnosed with advanced colon and liver cancer and given a very short time to live which means we will be co-inheriting the properties along with my sister-in-law.

Per the laws in my state, agents have to disclose any material defects in the property's condition or title once that has been revealed to them by a licensed inspector and/or title agency or other similar authority qualified to diagnose problems.  

Maybe I am biased since I see and diagnose cancer in young folks all the time... but, money is easily made and easily lost (by newbies too), but time is not manufactured.

Even though many people have already been diagnosed with it and the fact that it's all over the media, it'll impact people differently when it hits close to home.

Of course, I readily admit that's about as helpful trying to self-diagnose via a symptom search on WebMD.It does seem to my laymen's eye that an STR could, in fact, be thought of as a modern-day boarding house, just with different technology and a remote host.

Also - Don't listen to anyone trying to diagnose the issue.

Have a professional come diagnose the problem and recommend solutions.
