I'm a Active Duty Marine that is getting out in a few months.

I love this question because you can make money in real estate without any credit of all or any banks at all.When I was first starting out, I did not have BAD credit, I just had NO CREDIT.I was fresh out of the Marine Corps.I didn't have a lot of job history, but I did work for a real estate investment company, and my job was to be the acquisitions manager, talking with home sellers about selling their homes.I paid cash for everything.

Hello everyone,I am an active duty Marine currently stationed in the Jackson MS area.

I recently started a full time job and am currently living with my parents as I recently got out of the Marine Corps. last August.

I'm a prior Recon Marine and literally all I do is help military guy/girls get started or keep building their investment portfolio using the VA loan.

I am a US Marine, 16yrs strong whom makes good money and has no debt.I want to buy 2 properties.

My husband is a merchant marine, so initially it did take finding lenders who knew how to work with his different kind of income.  

I reported to active duty in the United States Marine Corps in October of 2011 and committed to paying off both loans with the rents and my paycheck—I did so within two years.When I bought the property, it was gutted of all metal, electrical wires, plumbing, appliances and fixtures.

That is because I'm still active duty military, and have to get stuff done before I head in to work for the Marine Corps.
