Hello I am Donnivien. I'm a Active Duty Marine that is getting out in a few months. My passion is real estate but I am on edge about jumping right in so I am just looking for advice. As a young 22 y/o veteran, would it be a good idea to jump right into RE or to get a stable job first? If yes to jumping right in, how can I make this jump successful?

If you are a young investor or agent, what is your advice on being successful?
