Hello everyone,

I am an active duty Marine currently stationed in the Jackson MS area. I have finally decided to pull the trigger on real estate investing to build wealth and financial freedom. As Robert Kiyosaki gracefully put it, I'm tired of being caught in the rat race. I've rented my house in Los Angeles CA for the past 11 years and am closing on a deal in MS this month. I've read several books, listened to podcasts, eat, breath and speak real estate to anyone who will listen lol. I am focusing on SFH's and small multi-family properties via the BRRRR strategy. The BP analysis tool has become one of my best friends. Any advice for an eager investor is much appreciated and I look forward to meeting the community here at BP and potentially working with some of you. I hope this introduction finds you and your loved ones healthy and safe during this pandemic, thanks for reading.
