The house is really charming and walking distance to miles and miles of running trails and nearly brand new, large community center.

We build the house that Shep built.. and got a lot of airtime on the season opening show.it was a very cool 4 story skinny... Shep was good to deal with as was his agent who is one of the star's of the show as well.. ...

They add charm, and are much sturdier than the newer ones.  

Someone buying an older house at a premium should expect older house charm and limited older house issues.
