New Guy From Baltimore!

Hi, I'm Ray Corkran and as the title says I'm from Baltimore Maryland. So here is a little about me. I stumbled onto this site one morning a little over a month ago and the funny thing is that later in the day a friend of mine told me about this great site to check out and sure enough it was BP. Anyway, I have to say that I love the podcast you publish. I have listend to almost every episode in the last week.

I'm a real estate agent but haven't done much personal investing at all. I've read lot's. Helped people locate properties to hold with decent cashflow, but now I'm looking at it for myself. I have already learned a lot from the blog posts and podcast as I mentioned. My personal real estate goals are to build a small portfolio of rentals and possibly do some wholesaling.
