@Russell Butler I have a simple 3 page purchase and sale agreement.You can get one for your local.I can buy the property or wholesale it to someone else.I had a local real estate attorney look it over just to be safe.This is mainly for off market deals.If it’s MLS listed then an agent is already involved.You can use the listing agent or your own.It doesn’t matter as far as commissions in the end.Best of Luck
