Looking for Excellent Property Manager in Louisville KY
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good property manager in Louisville KY? Hoping to find a company small enough to be responsive to landlord and tenants, but also experienced and skilled at finding quality tenants. Any help would be much appreciated! Mike Butler wrote the book Landlording on Autopilot. Brandon Turner calls it a Top 5 must read book for all new investors. All of my out of state investors his company for property management (he lives here in Louisville). His company name is Vista Properties and the average tenant stay is six years! I'd be happy to make an introduction. Also, have a great network of gcs, title attorney, lenders, etc if you need anything. Do you work with David Remke? We do some business together.
