@Luke Saglimbeni I disagree I was going. to school to become a quant and work for a hedge fund before I got into real estate private equity and all the successful hedge fund managers either use quant strategies or fundamental based strategies, none of them are using technical analysis, the only people using it are the amateur traders and that’s because the brokerages push it hard because it causes them to trade more and generates them more commissions.

My advice is to accept all forms of payment (maybe not bitcoin or 20 chickens - lol).As far as calling code enforcement well, all you can do, and should have been doing, is keeping your property up to code in the first place.

My plan is to use my roth for the down payment on a conventional loan, then replenish the roth loan with unseasoned cash well after closing (from investors or bitcoin liquidation).

Hi All, Just curious...just as a stock trader would read/watch the Wall St Journal/Bloomberg/CNBC everyday, what is your go-to Real Estate news/data source (ASIDE from Bigger Pockets)?

Not sure which it is, but I'll tell you what I would doGet very specific #1 Buy Bitcoin#2 Find distressed multi family with cosmetic requirements.

And especially don’t trade rent for services it never works out in your favor.
