I’m 23 years old and I’m currently completed debt free and have around $80,000 liquid cash. I’m currently a day trader but I want to start invest in rental properties full time and create a good passive cash flow. I wanna know if anyone can point me to an excellent rental property course I can take so I can get started. Thank you.
