EVER that got 30 leads a week, that are very motivated through a list.Lists are bad my dude.

I had multiple cancellations and as a result, discounted the same dates to motivate others to rebook.

They use google voice, the use fake or texting apps to shield their phone numbers etc.My question is has anyone else come across this and have you put any safe guards in place to protect property or potential resident from the scam?

I do think the recent virus scare will potentially cause some owners considering selling to be more motivated if they think they can get close to their price.

Deals could pop up at any time and we need to be able to get our banker on the phone or text and get things lined up to make an offer.

It motivates me to hear stories like this in this site...
