Wondering which companies (brokers) provide great training?

I need training and some guide, I’ve never closed a real estate transaction in my life so I’m looking for a broker that offer this.

Hello everyone, I am looking for new recommendations for a training course geared towards new home construction.

This will train them to make paying rent a priority and not an afterthought.  

Your choice of brokerage will be important because many old school brokerages require in-person training and floor time and stuff you won't be able to do.

However, remember that you have to hang your license with a Broker (real estate has two level of licensure system) who may have requirements of his own (e.g. attend meetings, attend training, sit the office desk, etc.). 

Hi @Blake Dailey I loved Florida when I was down there for training, beautiful place as well.

The previous owner built a 30x31 room on the back of the house for a train collection.
