Best agent training?

Question

Going to be getting my Real Estate license within the next few months.

Wondering which companies (brokers) provide great training?  I live near Philadelphia.  I’ve heard Keller Williams is a great place to start?

If you're close enough to a Zuber Realty office, I think they're worth taking a look. I worked for them a little over a decade ago, and they were great. They were very different from all the big brands, but really cared about my training and success. Unless things have changed, you won't like their splits, but I think the overall value they provide is worth it. I only left because I moved out of state.

Training is important, but working with a hands on and engaged mentor is even better like Danny mentioned. There are some things that just can't be taught in a classroom setting. If you work with a great mentor that actually cares about your success you can learn a lot on the job.

I've heard good things about Keller Williams. I am in the Texas area, and went through Champions Real Estate (in Houston). It was pretty good. To be honest though, the book-work is just the beginning of learning. You will learn "for real" once you are truly in the business of Real Estate itself.
