@Jerryll Noorden  I suspect she changed her mind... having been in this game for decades people have the hardest time telling you that they changed their mind or won't buy or sell.. so they ignore.Unless she is a shut in or some other fobia...

I'm not saying they are all bad , but a bad one stuck me for close to 300K and just shut down his LLC and opened another one .

In good weather it walking distance to the Capital and the shops and restaurants. 

I and a partner then made the mistake of buying a restaurant.

After recently losing my accounting job when my office shut down, I decided this is the time to take the plunge.

I bought my apartment in South Harlem(on what the brokers, of whom I am one, now call "Restaurant Row."

Salesforce, Facebook, law firms, financial services, restaurants, retail, etc...).  

On the other hand, I personally avoid any restaurant that has a guys name in it like "Roy's Place" or "George's Pizza" because it sounds low quality to me. 

You can fix everything now and attract the best tenants or get called in the middle of the night when the water heater starts leaking or the AC goes out or the  faucet starts leaking and the 38 year old valve under the sink won't shut off because it is corroded?

She has zero interest in Real Estate.. compare that to some mid west factory... your not going to find fully functioning restaurant in the facility feeding people for FREE .. free day care FRee massages etc etc.
