Hi folks! My name is Jeff. I am a major newbie to the world of real estate, but I have been wanting to get into house flipping for many years. After recently losing my accounting job when my office shut down, I decided this is the time to take the plunge. I've been reading everything I can find about flipping, including the BiggerPockets forums, and watching every house flipping show on TV (they make it look SO easy LOL). Anyway, I have been so impressed by how helpful the members are here, so I look forward to interacting with you all, and will try not to ask too many questions!!! :-)
