I think you have done 11 deals, BUT 33 units, either way it brings a LOT of street cred (awesome work)  I can not imagine the BP team would not look at anyone that submits an app and is able to see that clearly someone has relevant experience and is a motivation to the community even if they do not hit every one of the criteria that might be listed.
