Deals on Wheels Info

Hello everyone I've been reading Deals on Wheels by Lonnie Scruggs which I think is a good read, but I was wondering how relevant the information is now due to the current market?

Plus I've noticed a lot of mobile homes running into 20,000 range and not 5k range. Has anyone else seen this or maybe it's my area alone. Thanks

I agree that Deals on Wheels is the gospel for mobile home investing. A great place to start if you want cash flow but don't have much cash to start.
