Hellow.. I hv not bn active due some exams I had to complete..

Guys am in need of extra knowledge about credit enhancement scheme in housing finance. What is it and how does it work.. I have a little knowledge hence I need more about it. If anyone can help me with relevant documents to read about it hence it will be great too. Thanx in advance.
