I close on a shirt term rental on Lake Superior at the end of July that I will also be using occasionally as well.

Overall, auction.com is kind of a pain to work with but you can occasionally land a deal there as they dont often get their properties to the MLS.

I can just sit here and do one loan after another and sleep well at night knowing that if there is a snag, and there occasionally is, things will end up just fine in the end.  

I see cheap mobile homes on Craigslist occasionally.

I am looking to build a rental portfolio but I believe that if I keep my pipeline full of leads by my own marketing efforts, I can hold some, wholesale the rest and rehab the occasional great deal.

I can occasionally make more with a traveling nurse, but then I have more turnover and greater vacancies.
