Hello BP community, My name is Oz and I live in Manchester, CT. I'm excited and grateful to join this amazing community! I've been studying real estate investing for several months now and have listened to nearly all the podcasts. I am starting a realtor license course in January so I can go at my own speed and have access to all those great tools. My realtor is an investor himself and mainly works with investors. He is also my real estate mentor and has been teaching me a tremendous amount. We have looked at a good deal of houses in Manchester and put a couple of offers in but nothing has panned out just yet. Looking for a 3/2, 1200+ sqft to buy, rehab, live in, refinance, then use that cash to start putting down payments on single and small multifamily rentals. The challenge has been finding a house that is a good first investment and that my family and I want to live in. I think it will be easier to find deals once we have found that first house for ourselves. My goal is to reach 12,000 passive monthly rental income within the next 4 years. I have a good job and save a large portion of my income, so I'm hoping that this greatly accelerates our road to that goal. I am looking to build a rental portfolio but I believe that if I keep my pipeline full of leads by my own marketing efforts, I can hold some, wholesale the rest and rehab the occasional great deal. I can't wait to sink my teeth into this! My plan is to outsource management of the rentals pretty early on because of my packed schedule. So if anyone knows any great property managers in the Manchester, CT area I'm looking to start building that relationship as soon as I can. Thank you all and again, I'm really looking forward to meeting and connecting with all of you! Oz Pariser
