You just create a form with the relevant information like date, address, applicants, amount etc.YOU OR YOUR COMPANY accepts "HOLD DEPOSIT" monies from Applicant(s) as a non refundable intent to rent fee for the property listed above and funds will be deposited into a deposit account serviced by an agent for Owner.  

We might disqualify someone based on misdemeanors if they are excessive or disruptive in nature - i.e. disturbing the peace, non-felonious intentional property damage, etc.

We are not the type to jump into things without thorough analysis, and having made our decision to become real estate investors, we have the intention to build a portfolio over time rather then looking to buy just one or two.We have a couple key members of our team already established and we have created the corporate structure we need.

I guess on top of just networking if anyone is interested in a agent or just needs some advice ill gladly trade for some investing advice.

That said Pat, you can probably contact and disclose your intentions of the CFD transaction to be to a more comfortable spot and not have to live in the shadows.
