Selling on Bond for Title issues
I am selling my home on a BFT. What to do about insurance? I have a mortgage so cannot let buyers insure in their name or it could flag the due on sale clause. I've talked with several insurance companies and they have stated that they won't insure unless the buyers have a car insured through them. Anyone have advise?
