Hi, my name is Randall i am new to wholesaling i have found a deal and contacted an investor who is interested.

I was just in Orlando yesterday for a wholesailing event that I found on Bigger Pockets.

I found some tenants in the apartment below me out of accident and I got a 5% "finder fee" which was awesome just for the possibility of it but it was almost no money.How much can I get to find tenants in that apartment?

Also we found that AirBNB customers seem to always try and negotiate terms and then those are the renters who cause the most issues. 

I enlisted the help of a friend when looking at my first property - I found it and had them show it to me.

So anyways I found a 4 unit that was listed for 199000.
