I'm a Miami based agent who works with investors, experienced or brand new! 

Hoping any RE agents or owners in the area can talk to me about the market there. 

I give them information on Keep Your Home California and the various federal prevent foreclosure and tell them I am only one solution and maybe not their best. 

Also know a fantastic agent in Las Vegas that is investor focused and has been doing it for many years. 

To that end, does anyone have advice on what questions I should ask prospective agents?

When vetting homes that are out of state, it's important to work with a trusted agent who has experience in the local market who can provide valuable insights about the property, its condition, and the local rental market. 

On February 6th, I was contacted by my landlord's showing agent/and very good friend, who I actually also know pretty well as Nebraska Realtor as well as a Nebraska Landlord, she did the open house where I was found and became the renter/tenant.

My current situation is I want to get into real estate but don’t know if I should go whole sale, agent, investor?

I threw the last crowd out of my daughters home because it was a mess.I mix Fabuloso in with a chem cleaning agent we get in 5 gall pails from a local chem company as little else was working on tough stains, like red wine, dog & cat etc etc.

We haven't done it without an agent before but this will be our 2nd investment property and first in Texas.
