Need RE Lawyer with Texas law for RE offer prep and closing

We are looking for assistance with preparing an offer through closing the deal. We haven't done it without an agent before but this will be our 2nd investment property and first in Texas. We have a possible distressed property so timing is tight. Our property will be in Arlington, TX and we hope to have it closed before March 31st. We are working through some funding options currently but need Legal assistance to make the deal happen. Any referrals are much appreciated!!
