Investment Help for Beginners in Ohio
Hi, I am interested in investing in Columbus, Ohio. Since I work in Arizona, getting started is somewhat challenging. My credit score is between 750 and 760. I am actively looking for the multi units like Duplex or Triplex. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend you read this article on OOS investing. It explains the importance of creating your core four. You will need to get a local, rockstar Realtor, contractor, lender, and property manager.
